Delivery

The delivery time of Kidzroom products varies by country. We try to prepare your package as soon as possible and give it to the carrier.

  • The delivery time for the Netherlands is 1-2 working days.

  • The delivery time for Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and France is 2-3 working days.

  • Shipments within the rest of Europe take 3-4 working days.

If Kidzroom receives your order before 12 noon, the package will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12 noon will be shipped the next business day.

All packages are shipped with DPD. DPD delivers Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Shipping costs are automatically calculated when placing an order. Please take into account any import fees that may be charged.
