Ordering from Kidzroom is completely safe. Payments are made via the secure connection of Sisow. Your privacy is guaranteed and your details will never be disclosed to third parties. You can choose how you wish to pay.
Payment methods
You can pay your online order in different ways: iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact, Sofortbanking, Giropay, Visa Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Paying with iDeal
Kidzroom offers the option of paying with iDeal within the Netherlands. This means you pay in your own familiar online banking environment. You go through the same steps as you are used to with internet banking. The advantage is that the payment and all the details are already ready for you. Easy and according to the same (strict) security requirements of the bank.
Payment
When you place an order, we always ask you to pay in advance by means of the payment options indicated on the payment page. The order will only be shipped when the payment is received. If the order is cancelled after payment, the order will also be cancelled by Kidzroom. Also, if Kidzroom receives a negative bank advice after an order has been placed, the order will be cancelled.
Cancelled articles:
We monitor our online range continuously and with the greatest care. However, for the delivery we are dependent on several factors. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it may happen that a product is no longer in stock while the order is being processed. In this case the purchase price of the item, including shipping costs, will be credited to you.
